Resources to Support Your Recovery

Recovery is a lifelong journey, and the right resources make all the difference. Whether you’re in treatment, supporting a loved one, or exploring your options, these resources provide valuable information, crisis support, and community connections.

Doctor writes a prescription while holding a medication bottle as a patient rests hands on the desk.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available 24/7. Call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which includes substance use crisis support. SAMHSA’s National Helpline (1-800-662-4357) provides free, confidential referrals 24/7. For emergencies, call 911.

Support groups are a cornerstone of recovery. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) offer free peer support meetings throughout our service area. Visit aa.org or na.org to find local meetings. For alternatives to 12-step programs, SMART Recovery offers science-based meetings focused on self-empowerment.

Family members need support too. Al-Anon and Nar-Anon provide community and guidance for families affected by addiction. Our ROSES For Moms program offers specialized support for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery.

CredibleMind, available through our website, offers evidence-based articles, videos, and tools covering substance use and mental health. SAMHSA’s website (samhsa.gov) also provides extensive educational materials.

If you need help with housing, employment, transportation, or other needs affecting your recovery, our treatment team can connect you with community resources and support services, including our Careers First employment program.
