The Amethyst Center

The Amethyst Center is a residential treatment program operated by RiverValley Behavioral Health, designed specifically for women in recovery from substance use disorders — including mothers who can keep their young children with them during treatment.

In a safe, homelike environment, residents receive comprehensive support that addresses the unique challenges women face in recovery. Our team provides individualized treatment planning, group and individual therapy, parenting education, life skills development, and connection to community resources to support long-term stability.
