Onyx Center

The Onyx Center is a residential treatment program operated by RiverValley Behavioral Health, designed specifically for men recovering from substance use disorders. In a structured, supportive environment, residents receive the care and tools they need to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Our team provides individualized treatment planning, group and individual therapy, life skills development, relapse prevention education, and connection to ongoing community support.
