Partnership House is home to RiverValley Behavioral Health’s Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP), a structured day program for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Located on South Ewing Road in Owensboro, Partnership House provides a supportive environment where participants build practical skills and confidence for greater independence.
Our person-centered, recovery-oriented approach focuses on practical coping skills, resilience strategies, daily living skills, and vocational readiness. Through individual and group therapy sessions, participants develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and work toward their personal goals.

Eligibility
To participate in the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program, you must be 18 or older, Medicaid eligible, diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, and experiencing difficulties in areas such as employment, education, independent living, or relationships.
