The Phoenix Center: Residential Crisis Program (CSU)
The Phoenix Center is a residential crisis stabilization program located at the RiverValley Center in Owensboro, Kentucky. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, The Phoenix Center provides short-term, intensive crisis support for adults in a welcoming, less restrictive environment than traditional inpatient hospitalization.
With eight beds available on a voluntary basis, our program is designed for adults 18 and older who are capable of independent functioning but need structured support while working through a mental health or substance use crisis.
