Services we provide
At RiverValley Behavioral Health, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Our team of compassionate professionals delivers evidence-based treatments to help you build resilience, develop coping skills, and find your path to wellness.
A mental health or substance use crisis can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our trained crisis counselors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide free, confidential support, safety planning, and connection to the care you need.
Call or text 988 to reach the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. RiverValley Behavioral Health is one of only 13 certified 988 Lifeline call centers in Kentucky and one of approximately 200 nationwide. You can also reach our crisis team directly at 1-800-433-7291. For deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals, our TDD line is available at 1-800-769-4920.
Our crisis services range from phone-based support and safety planning to in-person response and residential stabilization. The Phoenix Center provides short-term residential crisis care for adults who need more support than outpatient services but may not require traditional hospitalization. Our Mobile Crisis Team brings crisis intervention directly to individuals in their homes and communities. And our specialized IDD Crisis Services support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who experience behavioral health emergencies.
No matter the situation, our compassionate team meets you where you are with judgment-free support. Every call and every visit begins with listening.
