RiverValley Behavioral Health takes a team approach in serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through dedicated case management programs, we help children, adults, and families access the services and supports they need to live as independently and fully as possible in their communities.








Services we provide
Our IDD case management programs connect individuals and families with the resources, funding, and community-based supports that make independent living possible. Whether you need help navigating Medicaid waivers, coordinating medical and social services, or finding specialized treatment for a child with autism, our experienced team is here to guide you every step of the way.

HCBS Case Management
Case management for seniors and individuals with physical disabilities through the Medicaid HCBS waiver. Coordinating services and supports to help people remain in their homes and communities.
STATE Program
Intensive inpatient assessment and treatment for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Comprehensive evaluation, autism-specific interventions, and family education at our Children’s Hospital.
Michelle P Waiver Case Management
Comprehensive Medicaid waiver case management for individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinating community living supports, therapies, and services for independence and inclusion.
Supports for Community Living
Medicaid waiver case management supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based living. Coordinating residential support, employment services, and daily living skills for independence and inclusion.
State General Funds Case Management
Emergency and short-term case management for individuals with IDD not enrolled in waiver programs. Crisis respite, supported employment, and bridge services while longer-term support is arranged.
