Partner With Us to Support Your Patients’ Mental Health
RiverValley Behavioral Health partners with healthcare providers across Western Kentucky to ensure patients receive comprehensive behavioral health care. We make referrals simple, provide timely access to services, and keep you informed about your patients’ progress throughout treatment.

We offer a full continuum of mental health services for patients of all ages, from outpatient therapy to intensive community-based programs. This allows us to match each patient with the appropriate level of treatment.
To refer a patient, fax the referral form along with relevant clinical information to (270) 689-6899. Our intake team will contact the patient within one to two business days to schedule an initial appointment. For urgent situations, call us directly at (270) 689-6879.
We accept most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. For patients without insurance or with limited coverage, we offer sliding scale fees based on income. Our goal is to remove financial barriers to care.
With proper consent, we provide regular updates on patient progress and coordinate care to ensure continuity. We’re happy to discuss cases and collaborate on treatment planning at any time.
If you have questions about whether a patient might benefit from our services, our clinical team is available for consultation to help determine the most appropriate referral.
Ready to start your mental health journey? Call us at (270) 689-6879 or contact us online to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome at any of our locations.
