Individual therapy is the foundation of our outpatient services. You’ll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand patterns, and develop strategies for positive change using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.

We offer multiple therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges. Our groups cover depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, grief, anger management, and healthy relationships. Many people find that shared experience accelerates their progress.

Family therapy helps improve communication and heal relationships affected by mental health challenges. Involving loved ones strengthens the support system that’s so important to recovery.

Telehealth appointments let you meet with your therapist from home through our secure video platform—the same quality care without the commute. Our therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults.

What to Expect

Treatment begins with an initial assessment to discuss your concerns, history, and goals. Sessions are typically weekly and last 45-55 minutes. Your therapist regularly reviews progress and adjusts the approach as needed.

When you and your therapist agree you’ve met your goals, you’ll plan for ending treatment with strategies to maintain your progress and know when to seek additional support.
