Mental Health Support Where You Need It Most
Therapeutic Community Support Services brings mental health support directly to you—at home, at work, or wherever you need it most. Our trained professionals help you apply coping strategies and build independence in the real-world environments where you live and work.

TCSS is designed for adults with serious mental illness who need additional support beyond traditional outpatient therapy. Our staff work alongside you in the places where you live and work, helping you develop practical skills and overcome challenges as they arise.
Your support worker helps you build skills that support your mental health—managing stress at work, improving communication with family, establishing healthy routines, navigating social situations, or handling triggers that might otherwise lead to a crisis.
Because your support worker sees real-world challenges firsthand, they can help you problem-solve in the moment rather than discussing difficulties in an office. This community-based approach leads to lasting, practical change.
Services are highly individualized. You and your support worker develop goals that matter to you, whether that means maintaining employment, strengthening relationships, or feeling more confident managing daily life. Your TCSS worker coordinates with your therapist, case manager, and psychiatrist to keep care aligned.
TCSS is available throughout our seven-county service area, with staff traveling to meet you wherever is most helpful.

What to Expect
Sessions typically occur once or twice a week in your home or community. Your worker uses coaching, modeling, role-playing, and real-time problem-solving to help you build skills.
Progress is reviewed regularly with you and your treatment team. As you build skills and confidence, services can be adjusted. The focus is always on practical application in your daily life.
