Our CARF-accredited programs provide a full continuum of substance use services across Western Kentucky, from residential treatment and medication-assisted therapy to outpatient counseling and recovery housing. Services we provide
We offer evidence-based treatment for alcohol, opioid, and other substance use disorders, following guidelines endorsed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Our approach treats the whole person—addressing co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and life circumstances alongside addiction.
Our residential programs include The Amethyst Center for women and mothers and The Onyx Center for men, both providing 24/7 supervised care in retreat-like settings. For those transitioning back to independent living, The Pearl House and The Jade House offer NARR-certified recovery housing with structure and community support.
Outpatient services include individual and group counseling, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using FDA-approved medications like buprenorphine and naltrexone. Telehealth appointments are available for added flexibility.
Specialized programs like ROSES For Moms provide comprehensive support for pregnant and parenting women in recovery, including case management, housing assistance, and career development.

Hospital Outpatient Clinic
Specialized outpatient substance use treatment in a hospital setting with psychiatric evaluations, counseling, and enhanced medical resources for complex care needs.
The Pearl House
NARR-certified recovery housing for women transitioning from residential treatment. A supportive, 12-bed community focused on building independence, accountability, and lasting sobriety.
The Jade House
NARR-certified recovery housing for men transitioning from residential treatment. A structured, 12-bed community focused on accountability, employment, and building a sober life.
ROSES For Moms
Comprehensive support for pregnant and parenting women in recovery. Personalized case management, health services, housing assistance, and career development—accessible to all mothers.
The Onyx Center
16-bed residential recovery program for men with 24/7 supervised care. Evidence-based treatment, family education, and 11 months of structured aftercare including housing and career support.
The Amethyst Center
16-bed residential recovery for women and mothers with accommodations for infants. 20 hours weekly of evidence-based therapy, life skills training, and family-centered care in a home-like setting.
