Whether you’re currently in one of our maternal health programs or just beginning to explore your options, we’ve gathered helpful resources to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. From crisis contacts and support organizations to educational materials and community services, help is always within reach.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available 24/7. Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call RiverValley’s crisis line at (800) 433-7291. For medical emergencies, call 911.
Postpartum Support International (PSI) provides direct peer support, a provider directory, and online support groups specifically for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Visit postpartum.net or call their helpline at 1-800-944-4773 (call or text). You can also text “HELP” to 988 for crisis support.
SAMHSA’s National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 is a free, confidential, 24/7 treatment referral and information service for individuals and families facing mental health or substance use disorders. The helpline is available in English and Spanish.
