I’ve signed paperwork only to be called a week later and told I never signed it (they lost it) I’ve been told wrong appointment days where the appointment date was wrong on the paper I was given and then told I missed an appointment. The doctor I’d been seeing seems like they were being intentionally obtuse and unhelpful. Strongly suggest avoiding this place.
