I live in a small town, so I usually have to drive an hour or more just to go to a doctor’s appointment. I made an appointment to get tested for ADHD a month ago and had asked for it specifically to be on today because I’m off of work. I confirmed this appointment twice and I get up there and the receptionist told me I didn’t have an appointment and then said she doesn’t have access to the therapists separate appointments and that I wouldn’t be seen today. I usually don’t complain because stuff happens but it’s frustrating that my time and gas money was wasted. Please retrain your receptionist on how to properly make appointments.
