They denied services to my child because I cannot obtain a notarized piece of paper stating that my child’s father is no longer in their lives legally no person can go and have a notary state that another person is not or is not responsible for the child their father abandoned them and I have been a mother that stepped up and taking care of my children so to be denied mental health services for my child because their policy is more driven towards making sure they get payments rather than assuring the mental health of the client
