I have previously received treatment from this location. I attempted to call them to restart my daughter and I s therapy. I called the operator five times. 3 times I was hung up on while on hold to check availability. The other two times I was just ignored and sent in a loop of my call not being answered and back to the main menu. This is definitely putting me off in starting care again with this company. The receptionist seems to have an additude when I communicate I’ve been hung up on. Not good customer service at all.
