With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and social work, Ursula Mabrey provides therapy for adults, including veterans and military-connected individuals, with a focus on trauma, PTSD, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and crisis intervention. Her trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach emphasizes building a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
