With six years of experience at RiverValley Behavioral Health in case management and crisis services, Salem Menze now provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults. Salem has clinical interests in serious mental illness (SMI), domestic violence, and substance use disorders, using an eclectic, person-centered approach that honors each client’s unique goals, strengths, and experiences. Grounded in resilience, multicultural awareness, and intersectionality, Salem creates a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal, overcome barriers, and build lasting change.
