With three years of experience on the RiverValley Behavioral Health Crisis Line, she has provided crisis intervention, safety planning, coping strategies, community resource navigation, and compassionate, empathetic support. As an Outpatient Care Coordinator, Kayla is committed to bridging gaps in care, connecting clients with resources, and ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their treatment journey.
