They let my son almost die. His oxygen level got down to 80 and never even called and told me. Then I called to talk to him and they knew he wouldn’t be able to talk on the phone and lied to me about his well being then decided to call an ambulance after his oxygen level dropped again to 84!!!!! Yall should be embarrassed at how yall treat children in there, you messed with the wrong one!!! Filing for malpractice lawsuit my son is having more asthma issues now more than ever and yall won’t get away with this!!! Tell Polly don’t call my dang phone no more either!!! Yall make me want to puke!!! And don’t send me a dumb reply about writing a consumer report I’ve written 2 of them!!! And I take screenshots every time just in case this place magically can’t find them so try something else. RiverValley Behavioral Health should be held accountable for the actions taken regarding my son. If it was assumed that I would overlook this incident, that assumption was incorrect. This facility is a disappointment and warrants investigation. While not all staff members are incompetent, many are, and numerous individuals in the Owensboro area share this sentiment, expressing concerns that some staff members lack the necessary qualifications to work with children. Allowing a child’s oxygen level to drop to 80 without promptly notifying the parent, particularly when I initiated contact to discuss my son’s well-being, is unacceptable and warrants termination. I will continue to express my concerns until they are acknowledged, as I am deeply troubled by the potential harm inflicted upon vulnerable children who lack a voice or parental support. The actions of this facility are alarming and distressing.
