Rvbh is a joke. I had an appointment set up on the 22 of November through telehealth and no therapist called, so I tried to call them at 2 which is three hours before they closed one to be on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried to call them again this morning after they opened at 9 only to be on hold for another to minutes. During that time the phone rang a couple times at different times only to go right back to the hold music proving that the are refusing to answer the phone. I’m trying to get back on the medication and being that this is the only place that accepts my insurance and probably most likely other people’s insurance they are screwing people over on getting the help they need.
