Going through the reviews, I am concerned as to why I never got a call back from Megan Ray. She was very promising at the time when I made time to meet with her at the clinic for a tour. I was impressed and excited for my little girl to start services at lonestar autism solutions. Megan Ray sent the intake paperwork, and everyone who has gone through this process for their kiddo know it’s not easy to fill out, especially when it’s written required. I sent my insurance, ID, and all documents as required, sent. I do a follow up with Megan Ray she replies to my email “I have been busy here at the office, we are short staffed at the moment, once our staff is full I will get back to you, to resume services”. This took place last year in October 2023. I find it very unprofessional and pushed to the side of the curb. I was hopeful my kiddo could have been part of lonestar autism solutions, the location is 6 mins away from my residential, which is why I selected at first. I am so excited for my little girl to start with Behavioral Innovations, the process was smooth, and their team is adequate. As a parent, we want the best success for our kiddos I feel Behavioral Innovations is suited for that.
