August 3, 2026 10:16am The man who answered the door was extremely rude and lifeless. If you’re looking for someone to help you I do not suggest coming while he is here. My husband and I were here for a scheduled appointment, he looked at us as if we were intruders breaking into his home, he was extremely rude and had horrible service. When I rang the doorbell to get in I was unsure if it was heard inside because the doorbell next to it was a ring camera what you could talk through, so I clicked the doorbell again and he verbally attacked me when he opened the door and proceeded to interrupt me and cut me off. I hope we never have to come back to this place again, which is a real shame to New Mexicans who are in crisis. The last thing I would want to see is that horrible look on his face while trying to receive help. He was judgmental and I do not believe he should be working here. Maybe an office job would better suite this horrible person. He was even rude when my husband returned the packet of documents he had to fill out. This experience was extremely disappointing and aggravating. As a New Mexican this was totally unacceptable and I hope that he finds a new job soon. How do you expect people in crisis to deal with a man who’s ego is bigger than his head. I find that extremely upsetting and uncomfortable
