The facility as a whole and their staff is an absolute joke who could not care less what happens to you or your family in any regard. From the ground up the place needs to have everyone fired and then assessed to see if they should even be given a place within a medical community again. I would much rather suggest to you to “Tough it out” than to even give these people the light of day. They will give you any medication they can think of even if it has nothing to do with your condition or without thought on the effects it could cause. They absolutely could not care less if they could give you an appointment and if they can find a way to “accidentally” skip an appointment they will. Owensboro as a whole would be much better mentally if this facility was destroyed and a new one was built. No one here deserves a position in the medical field with the absolute lack of empathy or care. Just because this facility won a “best mental health care” in Owensboro doesn’t mean ANYTHING when you realize. The only reason they get the award is because they are the only one thats actually known. I highly suggest to anyone to look up counseling and therapy options in Owensboro I promise you will find much better options. Its much more believable that this facility paid for their award than earned it.
